The complex is situated 50 metres from the beach promenade and about 450 metres from shopping and entertainment areas. Playa del Inglés beach is about 300 metres from the complex, and links to the public transport network can be found some 500 metres away.This modern apartment complex comprises 30 comfortable apartments and provides a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, Internet access (for a fee), gardens and a sun terrace. Other facilities include a safety deposit box and room service.The apartments come with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an American kitchen with integrated microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a furnished living room with satellite TV, Internet access, a hire safe and a broad terrace or balcony with garden furniture including hammocks and parasols.
