This modern apartment, situated in S'Arenal, offers accommodation for 2 - 4 people. This property features a furnished terrace, where you can enjoy a large breakfast. The 80 m2 flat on the 8th floor with lift has two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bath tub and one with a double sofa-bed. The latter is glazed, has no door but curtains and has direct access to the dining room. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare one cot and one high chair. Apart of the bathroom en-suite, there is a separate toilet. The sitting-dining room with satellite-TV is decorated in agreeable colours. The kitchen with induction hob is fully-equipped and there are also a washer, an iron and an ironing board. The town S'Arenal is situated in the South of Mallorca, between Llucmajor and Palma. It is known for its lively night-life, its huge leisure offer and its fine grained sand beach. In Palma de Mallorca you can visit the cathedral La Seu, the castle Bellver, the museum of modern arts Baluard, the historic old town and the harbour. Furthermore, Palma is good for shopping, as there are lots of boutiques and clothes stores. Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property. There is parking space in the same building, but it has a charge. Pets are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The holding of events is not permitted.
