Welcome to this cosy apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Port d’Alcúdia. It sleeps 6 people. Its 16 m2 terrace is fully equipped and has magnificent sea views. This 120 m2 apartment, located on the fifth floor with lift, has three bedrooms (two twin’ and one double), all equipped with air conditioning. Two cots are available on request. There are two bathrooms with shower that serve the whole house. The living room is very cosy and has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is located in an area that has all the necessary services around: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, sports centre, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A bus line covers the areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença, every 15 minutes, and other bus lines cover areas such as Palma. The beach of fine white sand is just 180 m away, and is perfect for babies and children as the depth goes down very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly. From this area, it is very easy to drive to other beaches that are worthwhile, such as Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro and Port de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, the church and the old walls, is wonderful. Tuesday and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins, where you can see a beautiful amphitheatre. NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 of 24 November, concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property. No pets allowed at the property.
