Welcome to this cozy and sunny apartment in 1st sea line, in the coastal area of Santa Ponça. This property has superb sea and mountain views and it can accommodate 2 people plus 2 additional spaces. The house has a furnished terrace where you can enjoy meals and summer dinners while admiring the spectacular views. The privacy of the property is partial. The bright living room with satellite-TV, furnished dining room and kitchen are in the same area. The kitchen offers a convenient place in which you can comfortably cook your best dishes, including a gas stove. The property has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and you have access to 2 additional spaces on the sofa bed in the living room (at no extra cost), as well as 2 fans and 2 radiators. The property has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and there you will find the washing machine. In the property you will also have access to 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property’s surroundings are very nice, as the apartment is close to the tourist area, but at the same time is in a quiet sector. Santa Ponça, which is located in the municipality of Calviá, is known for its great tourist influx. There, you will have access to all types of services. Nearby, there are several beaches where you will have access to a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, jet skis and windsurfing, among others. Just below the apartment there is a quiet little cove where you can relax. If you prefer to enjoy the nightlife, the area offers numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property. NOTE: We cannot accept guests under 20 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents.
