Welcome to the apartment on the ground floor in Colònia de Sant Pere. It’s just 55 meters from the sandy beach and it is completely new, modern and cosy. You will have all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The apartment is 90 m2 which makes it ideal for families or little groups of friends who want to spend a fantastic holiday near the sea! There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Both rooms have AC and closet. There are two bathrooms: one with shower and another one en suite with bathtub. The open kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, etc.) and so, the modern living room where you will be able to rest on the comfy sofa or watch satellite TV. You will find as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. The terrace with a chill out area and the little garden are totally private. The location of the apartment is perfect, as the beach and essential services are accessible by foot. Colònia de Sant Pere is an old fishermen village where you will find restaurants with god food, supermarket, ATM, bakery and sailing club. You will love to stroll through the promenade. Near Colònia de Sant Pere, there are lots of beaches located in natural areas: Caló dels Ermitans, Ca los Camps, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, s’Aigua dolça, etc. In this apartment you will have a great holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
