Welcome to this cozy and modern apartment, located near the sea in Can Picafort. It sleeps 6 people. It has a small, fully equipped terrace and a balcony. This apartment of 110 m2 is located on the 1st floor without elevator. It has three bedrooms; two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. There is one bathroom with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very nice and well firnished. It featuers one comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a TV-Sat. The independent kitchen with vitro, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a gas central heating throughout the whole apartment. In Ca’n Picafort you will find restaurant for everyone’s taste: fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and Majorcan cuisine. If you only want to have a snack or drink something there are several bars and cafés you can find in the area and on the sea promenade. There are also a lot of shops; apart from clothing stores and souvenirs you will also find small supermarkets. The big supermarkets are next to the main road that heads to Artà or Alcúdia. Nearby you will also find two petrol stations. By car or by bus you will easily be able to get to other beaches: Platja de Muro, Platja de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Port d’Alcúdia or Port de Pollença. Alcúdia old town, with its cobbled streets is worth a visit. Go to the squares, the church or follow the city walls that surround the village. Inside, many bars and good restaurants are a good place to sto`p for a while. Tuesdays and Saturdays are market days in Alcúdia, which turns into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit Pollentia’s Roman ruins. NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use.
