Welcome to this beautiful apartment, located near the sea in Port de Pollença. It can accommodate 4 people. The comuunal areas offers a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 14 x 4 m, and a depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.6 m and a children's pool with a depth of 0.3 to 0.35 m. You will also enjoy a private, fully equipped terrace with beautiful views. The apartment of 80 m2 is located on the 1st without lift. It has two bedrooms, both with two single beds and air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There is one bathroom with a bathtub. The cozy living room features one comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen, with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In Puerto de Pollensa you will find a huge offer of entertainment, a lot of restaurants, shops and a sandy beaches. The town is located between the sea and the mountains and is a good choice if you want to combine beach holiday with activities such as hiking, biking or water sports. The surroundings have a unique beauty and you can make routes on foot, by car or bicycle, for example to Cala Bóquer, to Formentor or to the monastery of Lluc. The town of Pollensa, with its cobbled streets, charming squares, small cafes and tapas bars is ideal for a family outing. Do not miss to visit "the Calvari". To access this sanctuary, you have to climb 365 steps, one for each day of the year, and from there you can admire a magnificent views over the bay of Pollensa. Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property. Pets are not allowed on the property.
