MSC Fantasia

Brief Description

Fantasia is a very large new ship designed by Italians for Europeans and provides good passenger flow and tasteful décor in 27,000 sqm of public areas. It features a wide range of sporting, entertainment and dining options and is good for families.  Fantasia passengers tend to be All age groups and European. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 40.8 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.5 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 33.7 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 3 passengers.



VIP butler-served Yacht Club suites at the top of the ship are quite spacious and feature a sitting area and bath. Other cabins are medium size with TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning, radio and 24h room service. Bathrooms have a reasonably sized shower. 


Fitness and Leisure

There are five pools, one with magradome and an Aquapark with 150 fountains and sprays. Sports include a jogging track, mini golf, golf simulator, tennis court, table tennis etc. The fitness centre has a gym, sauna, treatment rooms and a beauty salon



There is a main restaurant on two floors, panoramic restaurant, Texmex with open kitchen, French cuisine restaurant à la carte, pizzeria, wine bar with gastronomic food and cafeteria All will offer good food with reasonable service.



Professional and multilingual entertainment is provided in the tiered theatre. Other venues include Show Lounge, Disco, virtual reality centre and the internet café. There is also a Formula 1 simulator and an interactive 4 D cinema. 


Dress Code

Casual and comfortable during the day. In the evening dress is smart casual (shirt and trousers for gentlemen and casual elegance for ladies). Formal evenings require a suit or dinner jacket for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
