Barcelona Audio Guide Tour

Overview

The best way to become acquainted with an historic city is on foot. This tour is designed for guests who prefer to discover Barcelona's Gothic Quarter on their own. From the liveliness of the city's famous promenade, Las Ramblas, to the majesty of Barcelona's cathedral and its cloisters, your stroll through the Gothic Quarter accompanied by your iPod will be the highlight of your visit to this vibrant and historic city. HIGHLIGHTS: Enjoy a self-guided tour of Barcelona equipped with an iPod audio player and customized map and suggested itinerary. NOTES: This is a self-guided tour. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the starting point and throughout the tour.

-Camera and Euros for shopping.
-Sun protection and sunglasses
-You’ll need to present a photo ID, such as a driver’s license, when picking up your   iPod.

-Respectful attire that covers shoulders and knees should be worn in order to enter the church.

Easy Naples

Overview

This tour is designed for fulltime wheelchair users who would like to enjoy the sights of Naples, one of Italy's oldest cities. In Naples' historic city center, guests will see old-world architecture and historical of this capital city of the Campania region. HIGHLIGHTS: Tour Naples in comfort and see the 13th century fortress of Castle Nuovo, Piazza della Borsa and Piazza Plebiscito. Enjoy a view of the city from atop Posillipo Hill and pass by the Port of Mergellina. NOTES: The vehicle used on this excursion is adapted with an access ramp (or lift where available) to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs

Marseille city tour

Overview

Trace Marseille's ,2600 year transformation from Phocean city of Massalia to present day "gateway to the east" and from the elegant seaside to its historical port. Discover the landmarks representing many political and religious symbols of Marseille's historical and maritime past on a half day tour. HIGHLIGHTS: Visit Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica. Ride along the Kennedy Corniche Road to view the exterior of the monumental Longchamp Palace. Experience the Vieux Port with a stroll through the old harbor and heart of the city. NOTES: Access to Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica involves approximately 200 steps, then the use of an inside lift is sometimes available.

Nice and St Paul de Vence

Overview

This excursion takes you to two of the most scenic and picturesque locations in the Côte d'azur, with a guided bus tour of Nice and a visit to the medieval village of St-Paul. HIGHLIGHTS: Enjoy a guided bus tour through Nice as you drive along the Lower Corniche road and see the main landmarks. Stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets in St-Paul de Vence and enjoy free time to shop or explore the boutiques. NOTES: Guests must be able to walk approximately 1 mile over cobblestone surfaces with various inclines and 10-15 steps. The medieval village of St-Paul is not wheelchair accessible.

Monaco and Monte Carlo

Overview

This tour visits both landmarks of the Principality of Monaco, Old Monaco and Monte Carlo. HIGHLIGHTS: Visit Old Monaco and its pedestrian streets filled with souvenir shops and memorabilia from the Grand Prix. Visit MonteCarlo and its Casino Square (entrance not included, only open in the afternoon). Enjoy a scenic drive along the coast of the French Riviera. NOTES: This tour includes very extensive walking on inclined and cobblestone streets.

- Camera, cash for shopping (most major stores accept Euros and credit cards)
- Sun protection, sunglasses, and bottled water as it can be quite warm/sunny in the
