Residence du Parc

The residence is new and modern, built in 2006 with 153 fully equipped apartments and all modern appliances such as air conditioning, entrance hall, and 24-hour reception. The hotel also has lift service, a conference room, a breakfast room, publicly available Internet access, a car park, covered parking for an extra fee and a laundry service for an extra fee. The residence offer a shuttle service to Disneyland Resort Park or Val d'Europe shopping center (with charge per apartment the way plus the return). ## Location The residence is located in a quiet area only 2 km from the Disneyland Paris Resort and the Val d'Europe shopping centre, and lies 40 km from Paris. The international high-speed TGV train/Eurostar/Thalys station at Marne La Vallée - Chessy is only 2 km from the residence. ## Rooms All apartments have individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and offer quality comfort in a warm and modern atmosphere. Rooms have living area with flatscreen TV, Internet access, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave oven and an en suite bathroom. Linen and curtains are supplied. The study is for 2 pax with sofa bed and the study for 4 pax is with a double bed or 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. ## Sport The residence has a free outdoor heated swimming pool and a gym. ## Meals Breakfast can be taken in the breakfast room between 7 am and 10 am.
