This is a very good value for money in a 4 star hotel category . CB 11/08 Location This 4 star hotel is located closed to Merignac Airport and by tramway (15-20)min to the Sainte Catherine city center . Distance 5 kms to city centre 1 kms to the nearest airport (bordeaux - mérignac airport) 12 km to the nearest station (bordeaux saint jean) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop Rooms This is a brand new hotel, with very spacious suites (30 m2). Everything is done for the guests well being, with full facilities (home cinema, DVD,direct phone, full bathroom ) cosy decor and excellent service. The kitchenette is fully equipped with microwave,fridge and some kitchen units .Hotel has A/C and is soundproof . Restaurant The hotel has two restaurant L'iguane which is a gastronomic restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional food, and a bistro restaurant . A brand new spa at the hotel clients' disposal. Exterior This is a modern hotel. Lobby The lobby is very spacious. Guests are welcomed in a very bright decor.
