This residence is located near to shops, 2 blocks from the sea and a stone's throw from the casino. A pebble beach is 50 m away, just across the road. The town centre of Menton, with its shopping venues, is 200 m away. Within 10 minutes' drive, guests can be in Italy and it is just 20 minutes by car to Monaco. This residence is just 40 km from Nice Airport.||This 9-storey beach residence comprises a total of 107 apartments and is built in a modern architectural style within the confines of a small park. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe and a laundry service (charges apply).||All accommodation units come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC (apart from disability-friendly rooms). They are equipped with a pay phone and a TV with international channels. All apartments also feature a balcony, (except the 3-person studios) and a fully equipped kitchen area.||Guests arriving from Paris should take the A6 motorway as far as Lyon, then the A7 Autoroute du Soleil towards Aix-en-Provence.
