This is an excellent property with an excellent location. This hotel is cosy and charming with a personalised service. ( 0407/ss ) Location The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, in a pedestrian area off Avenue Jean Medecin in the heart of the shopping and restaurant districts. It is just 10 minutes from the sea and old town. Distance 6 kms to the nearest airport (côte d'azur international airport) 1 km to the nearest station (nice central station) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop Close to the trade fair ground (nice etoile) Rooms The rooms are small to medium-sized and are very tastefully decorated. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. Restaurant The breakfast room is located on the first floor. Exterior The building exterior is traditional and painted in rusty red with a small attractive entrance. Lobby A few steps lead up to the small, but attractively decorated reception area, laid out with pale blue tiles in a Provencal style.
