This charming small air-conditioned apartment hotel was built in 1900 and captures the best of the typical Parisian spirit. Its studios and apartments are all decorated in true Parisian style and feature everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests will have their private kitchenettes where to prepare their own food in case they don't feel like exploring the area for a restaurant. If they are more adventurous there are a number of outstanding venues just steps away. The perfect location of the hotel, just between the Palais Garnier and Saint Lazare transport hub, means that guests will be standing in the heart of the city. Just 450 m from St Lazare train station and a 10-minute walk from the Galeries Lafayette department store and the chic Madeleine district. The Champs-Élysées, the French President's palace and the Palais Garnier are all a 15-minute walk from the residence. Apartments are not always in the same building but in the same area.
