Public car park at 150 m, public parking on the road. Shop 10 m, shopping centre 50 m, restaurant, café 10 m, underground station "Madeleine" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Place de la Madeleine, Place Vendôme, Avenue des Champs Elysées, Place de la Concorde, Opéra Garnier. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Paris 8. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 4th floor. Bright, fully renovated in 2011, beautiful and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 bed (120 cm).
