It was built in 1988, having been renovated in 2006, lounge and Reception most recently in May 2011. Spanning three floors, the tasteful studios and apartments each come with a combined lounge-bedroom, full bath, kitchenette with microwave, toaster electric kettle or coffee machine. The units have satellite and cable tv, direct phone, heating and safe at a small charge. Maid service is provided daily, bedlinen are changed once a week, towels and t-towels twice a week.IMPORTANT: Bookings as of 05.07.12 will have to pay 150EUR cash deposit per person for the safety deposit box.
