This apartment hotel is located in a quiet area 3 km from the centre of Albufeira, surrounded by trees and greenery and offers amazing views of the local landscape. It is ideally situated for enjoying Albufeiras sights and attractions. The beaches of Olhos de Agua, Falesia and Oura, and the various golf courses of Vilamoura are a 10-minute drive away, as are the famous Misericordia church and the Torre do Relogio (clock tower).Please note that the Health Club is managed by an external company therefore it´s usage by guests is not included in the free services available in the hotel. In order to use the Health Club guests have to purchase a pass directly at the Health Club´s reception. A swimming cap is mandatory for guests when they use the indoor pool, which can be purchased at the hotel´s reception for a price of 4.50 euros each.Please be advised that as of today, groups of young people and-or groups of ?stag? and ?hen? parties, will be charged a security deposit of 250,00 Euros per person upon arrival, that will only be refunded upon check-out after verifying that the apartment has not suffered any damage.The security deposit can only be paid in cash, and if the guest refuses payment, he-she will not be allowed to check into the hotel.From October 16th 2017, the Courtesy Bus service will be suspended indefinitely. As soon as possible, the date of resumption of service will be informed.
