It is in a very quiet residential area, ideal for a relaxing, restful family holiday.The hotel is situated at 1 Km. Distance from Alcudia Town the old roman city of Pollentia and 3 Km. From the Port of Alcudia where the shops and nightlife is to be found.It is constantly renovated, the last time was 2009-2010.The rooms occupated of 4 people are twin rooms with 2 extra beds and are not ensuite rooms.
