The Urbanization Caleta del Fuste also knows as " El Castillo" is one of the 4 touristic resorts of the island of Fuerteventura. It is located 5 km away from the airport and 10km from the capital Puerto del Rosario. The urbanization has two golf courses , which are considered as one of the best in the Canary Islands. Several Shopping centers, cinema's of the label "Cadena Yelmo" and a whole race of a local and international gastronomic offers are available in this area. Villa Florida Apartments are located on the main street of the urbanization, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and the marina where you will find a wild range of offers for leisure and water sports. Golf courses are only 15 minutes walking distance. The complex has its own shopping gallery, 3 thematic restaurants, an Italian ice-cream parlour, rent a car, mini-market and several souvenir and electronic shops. Villa Florida Apartments are built in a typical Galician architectonical style. White walls making a perfect contrast with the red roof tiles. Located in a privileged emplacement, near to the beach and night and day leisure resorts, plus equipment and high maintenance standards of the complex make it ideal for couples, singles or families to enjoy the island of Fuerteventura and its beautiful beaches.Apartments Villa Florida Apartments has 146 units and opened its doors in 1988, but due to steady maintenance works, high comfort standards were kept. Moreover, the last refurbishment works took place in 2011.All apartments have 1 bedroom, with a capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. Area: 35m2, plus a terrace or balcony of 12m2. Distributed in: Bedroom: separated and equipped with 2 single beds, wardrobe with mirrors and safe (for rent) Living room: sofa bed, where the 3rd person or the first or second child can sleep. Flat screen TV, satellite TV in several languages, TDT, music channel and several radio channels. Kitchen, placed in the living room with and American bar and dining area, vitroceramic with two hobs, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a complete dinner service for 4 persons. In reception you can ask, free of charge for a microwave, iron, fan, hair dryer, mixer, etc. Bathroom: with bathtub and bath screen. Terrace or balcony equipped with table and chairs and a washing line. Cleaning service: 5 times Per week. Linen will be changed once a week, Towels 3 times a week. (Arrival day counts as a day).Services Villa Florida Apartments consists of a plot of 10000m2, 3700m2 are gardens, pools and solarium areas and the remaining 6300m2 are distributed in a total of 146 apartments which are built in the typical Galician style on two floors.Facilities: one pool for adults and one for children. Both are freshwater pools. Solarium with sun beds and umbrellas. Pool bar with interior and exterior areas and an open terrace. Luggage room, where you can leave you suitcases until the bus comes to pick you up. Courtesy shower rooms in order to get showered and relaxed before departure are also available. Opening hours: Reception will be open: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. till 10.30 pm. Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday rom 08:00 a.m. till 1p.m. and 4p.m. till 8 p.m. In the event that you may arrive out of opening hours, please advise us while doing the booking or at least 6 hours before arrival and we will ensure that the reception is open on your arrival. Emergency: there is a 24 hours emergency mobile phone number at your disposal. Arrivals: Check-in is available from 12 a.m. Departure.
