Old, beautiful, cosy small apartment house "Caleton del Golfo Estudio Andrea", built in 1850, renovated in 2013. Access & Parking: parking by the house on the road. All-season motor access to the house. Car recommended. Situation: on the outskirts of Yaiza, in the district of El Golfo, above Yaiza, above Playa Blanca, quiet, sunny position by the sea, on the beach. View from the apartment of the sea, the mountains and the garden. Surroundings of the house: garden (shared use, fenced), swimming pool (shared use, length 3 m x width 2 m), outside shower (shared use), private beach (shared use). Facilities and distances: shop 50 m, grocers 20 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 20 m, swimming pool 5 m, shingle beach 5 m, sandy beach 5 m, pebble beach 5 m, rocky beach 5 m.
