Nice apartment for four people located in Montuïri. The perfect place for families or groups of friends who want to spend holidays and get to know the real Mallorcan lifestyle! This apartment has two bedrooms. The first one is fitted with two single beds while the second one has a single bed. The 4th person can sleep on the comfy sofa bed in the sitting room. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of them inside the house and the other one on the terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The sitting-dining room is a nice place for having a rest, watching satellite TV, having dinner together or reading a good book. The open kitchen offers everything you might need for your holidays: dishwasher, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, orange squeezer, toaster, etc. This lovely apartment has A/C in the sitting-dining room and in one bedroom. For the winter, it offers one electric radiator and heaters for the bathrooms. From the living room there is access to the terrace on the back side of the apartment. There is a table with some seats, so you can enjoy lovely views while having breakfast or dinner. We recommend you to leave the car parked on the next street, right after the apartment. The streets in Montuiri are very narrow and do not offer much space for parking. The apartment is located in Montuïri, a village in the centre of the island, where you will find some restaurants, a bus station, banks, etc. In Montuïri you can explore the genuine Mallorca, far away from noise and mass tourism. By car you can get very easily to lots of nice spots on the island. The most of interesting places and beaches are within a radius of 30 km. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
