This is a cosy apartment of 60 m2 for 4 people (plus an extra if necessary). It is located just by the beach in Cala Marçal (Porto Colom). There are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a comfy sofa-bed. There is a full bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen are all in the same space, which makes life very comfortable. There is an AC device in the living. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, hob, coffee maker and fridge. The views from the furnished balcony are absolutely stunning! Porto Colom is a nice seaside town with a traditional fishermen atmosphere. Nearby there are many coves that you can discover! In this area you can also practice golf, cycling or rent a canoe. In the centre of town you will find many services and variety of restaurants and bars. If you look for more leisure offer, you could get to Cala Millor (15 km), where there are safaris for the kids. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
