Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Pollença you will discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. This 2-storey house has 200 m2 and it is ideal for families or groups of friends. There are four rooms: three of them have a double bed while the other one has two single beds. One of the rooms with double bed has en suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two more bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub). The house has two sitting rooms with fire place; they both are equipped with comfy sofas and armchairs where you will be able to use WIFI, watch satellite TV, watch a DVD or just have a little ‘siesta’. One of the sitting rooms is particularly beautiful, as the walls are made of Majorcan stone and it has wooden beams ceiling, which gives this place a warm and rustic atmosphere. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a table with four chairs for your daily meals. If there are more dinner guests, you will be able to use the big wooden table for 8 people in the well-lighted dining room. The outdoor spaces of the house are really beautiful; the whole plot has 35000 m2. The 50 m2 terrace is very well decorated with Mediterranean plants and there is a little patch with fruit trees that you can pick if it is the season. In the 20 m2 porch there is a table with chairs where you can organize summer meals, as there is a BBQ as well! The chlorine pool is 4 x 8 meters large and it is surrounded by sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Take a dip in the pool while enjoying the incredible views to the mountains! This beautiful house is located within the limits of Serra de Tramuntana, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area is very quiet and it is the perfect place for adventure lovers that want to spend their times hiking, cycling, etc. all year long.
