Cozy apartment in 1st sea line of Puerto de Alcudia. It has sea views and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Around the communal area of the apartment complex there is a 72m2 paved area in which the youngest members of the house can play safely while supervised by an adult. The property has a 10m2 terrace from which you can admire the fantastic sea views the apartment offers you. The privacy of this property is partial. The air conditioned living room area of the house is ideal to relax watching satellite TV, admiring the sea or through a good read. The kitchen is independent and ideal to prepare any recipe you intend to. Among other things, it has induction electric stove. The laundry area is separate and it has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in this property, 1 with 1 bunk bed, 1 with 1 double bed and the 3rd one with 2 single beds. 2 of the bedrooms have closets and you have access to 1 crib for younger children. This home has 1 full bathroom with shower. This fantastic apartment is located in a privileged area as it is a few meters from a fantastic beach and, at the same time, has all the amenities you need at your fingertips. The area of Puerto de Alcudia, located a few meters away, is full of life during the summer season, so you have access to lots of entertainment both at night and during the day. If you wish, you can also practice many water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. We recommend a visit to the downtown area of Alcudia where you can visit the Roman ruins and admire an amphitheater from the same era. Another of the visits that we suggest is the town of Pollença, there you can enjoy the fantastic views of the village from El Calvari Christian church that sits on top of a hill and to reach it you must raise a total of 365 steps, one for every day of the year.
