This cosy apartment near the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. The apartment with a size of 120 m2 is ideal for families and small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed, the other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bath tub. The apartment is located on the 1th floor; there is no elevator in the building. Enjoy a large breakfast at the terrace with a size of 6.5 meters x 1.5 meters. The terrace counts with a table with chairs for 4 persons. If you are more, you could use the chairs from the dining area. In the living room with its sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book or just enjoy your free time. There is one air conditioning system in the living room. The apartment counts with WIFI. The bedrooms have no air conditioning. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because you reach all the installations you may need in a few minutes walking or driving by car or bus. Close to the apartment you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a tobacco shop and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia harbour, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Can Picafort. You reach the fine grained sand beach with its crystal clear water a few meters. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find lots shops, restaurants and leisure activities. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people.
