This is a lovely apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia centre. It is just perfect for 4 guests. Welcome! The 75 m2 ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower. The apartment counts with 2 fans. The bright sitting-dining room is a lovely place to watch television (SAT-TV) or to eat together. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, kettle, gas stove, cutlery and much more. Obviously, there is a washing machine. The balcony is perfect for a large breakfast. You can access the balcony from the sitting room and the twin bed room. At the backyard there is a small communal garden with fruit trees. You can park for free on the street. Pets until 10 kg are welcome. The fine grained sand beach is about 270 meters and it is perfect for toddlers, because the well is moderate. A car is not necessary, because you can go to restaurants, bars, playgrounds, supermarkets, shops and a taxi rank on foot. During the high season, the bus goes every 15 minutes towards de Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The surroundings are worth visiting: the old town of Alcúdia, the Calvary of Pollença, the natural park S’Albufera or the caves of Campanet and Artà. On Sunday and Tuesday takes place the market in Alcúdia, where you can buy fresh food and any kind of stuff. NOTE: We cannot accept guests less than 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
