This is a modern apartment in Bonaire, in Alcúdia North with a capacity for 2 – 3 guests and only 150 meters from the beach. This 50 m2 ground floor apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom en suite with shower. There is a comfy sofa bed in the living room for 1 person and A/C. The bright sitting-dining room is a nice place to have a little siesta. The kitchen is well-equipped. The 6.5 m2 terrace is perfect for a large breakfast. There is also a communal garden. Please keep in mind that no pets are allowed. You can park for free on the street. The urbanisation Bonaire is a quiet spot in the north of Alcúdia. Nearby there are lots of nice gravel bays with crystal clear waters, but also a few nice sand beaches like Malpas, Morer Vermell or Sant Joan The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or large strolls along the coast. You can visit the chapel Sa Victoria, the natural bay Coll Baix or the Sa Talaia Mountain. In Sa Victoria you enjoy lovely sea views. There is also a nice restaurant. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located in Alcúdia and Puerto de Alcúdia. The historic town centre of Alcúdia is really nice! Visit the old town wall, the roman ruins, the church and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. Especially during the summer, Puerto de Alcúdia gets a lively place with lots of restaurants, pubs, playgrounds, beach bars and flea markets. Furthermore, you could visit the Calvary of Pollença, the caves of Campanet or the bay Cala Sant Vicente. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
