A modern and cosy apartment for 4 people is situated near the sea in an excellent area for vacation Son Biel in Llucmajor. This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends who look for an accommodation near the sea. Two double bedrooms (one is with a double bed and the other is an open room with two single beds) both share an en suite bathroom with shower. Furthermore, a double bedroom has an access to the terrace. Kitchen, dining and living room share the same space providing with a bright atmosphere throughout the day. On a comfortable sofa you can rest after a hot beach day, watch satellite TV or surf the internet (Wi-Fi). The dining area offers sufficient places for the whole family to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils: blender, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The living room has an access to a furnished terrace where you can have barbecue or enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine. The apartment is air-conditioned for summer and winter months. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there is stairs up to the roof from where you can sunbathe and enjoy wonderful sea views. Please note that pets are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet area near from touristic towns S'Estanyol and Sa Rapita which have offer all the necessary services for a vacation and different beaches and bathing places. You can walk to S'Estallella with its magnificent bay with views to Cabrera Island. In a few minutes you can reach Es Trenc beach, one of the pearls of the Mediterranean. From Colonia de Sant Jordi take a boat excursion to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. Palma offers various historic and cultural sightseeing places and is worth being visited. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service.
