A modern and cosy apartment for 4 people is situated near the sea in an excellent area for vacation Son Biel in Llucmajor. This is a modern and cosy apartment for 4 people, situated close to the sea, in Llucmajor/Son Bieló, an excellent location for your holidays. This apartment is ideal for families or friends who are looking for an accommodation near the sea. There are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with two single beds) and both have access to a furnished terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower. The bright kitchen, dining and living room share the same space. You can rest on the comfortable sofa after a long beach day, watch satellite TV or surf the internet (Wi-Fi). The dining area offers sufficient places for the whole family to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils: blender, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The living room has access to a furnished terrace where you can have barbecue or enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine. Furthermore, there is another big furnished terrace, suitable for sunbathing or relaxing. The apartment is air-conditioned for summer and winter months. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note that pets are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet area close to the touristic towns S'Estanyol and Sa Rapita. There you will find all the necessary services for a vacation and different beache. You can walk to the nice bay S'Estallella, where you can enjoy views to Cabrera Island. In a few minutes you can reach Es Trenc beach, one of the pearls of the Mediterranean. From Colonia de Sant Jordi you can take a boat excursion to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. Palma offers various historic and cultural sightseeing places and is worth being visited. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting.
