Welcome to this charming apartment in de center of Palma. It is prepared for 2 persons + 1 extra. This 45m2 apartment is situated on the 2nd floor without elevator and counts with one bed room with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. There is a possibility for a third person to sleep on the sofa couch, in the living room. On request, there are a baby bed and a high chair available. The cozy living- and dining room with kitchenette counts with a sofa, satellite TV and a dining table. The kitchenette works with gas and has all necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. This apartment counts with central heating. Palma is the capital of Mallorca and the islands’ largest city. Almost half of all inhabitants of the island live in Palma. It is a great city for shopping, for cultural visits or for a night out. With its central location in the Mediterranean Sea, for many centuries, Palma has been an important port city. This can still be seen in the wealth of the many beautiful buildings with their interesting facades and patios. Visit the cathedral, with its' magnificent sea view, the long sea side boulevard of the Paseo Marítimo, the museums and art galleries, the Bellver castle, etc. Also, you will find a huge variety of restaurants and bars. By car, you can easily reach some of the magnificent beaches or nearby villages, like Esporles or Valldemossa. In the outskirts of the city, you will find, for example, different aquatic parks and the Palma Aquarium, with more than 8000 animals of 700 different species. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting.
