Welcome to this comfortable and modern house with some rustic details in Santa Margalida. It was remodelled in 2013 and it has really nice details as a living room which mixes a rustic and modern style, a shared covered pool or a cinema room shared with the owner. The house has two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, both of them with AC. The house has a bathroom and two toilets. It is the perfect choice for a couple with children. The living room has modern and comfortable furniture and invites to read a book, watch TV or just relax. The American bar kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The cinema room and swimming pool are shared with the owner of the house, who lives next door but you will be more than welcome to use these facilities! The pool is open from 10 am to 10pm. This is a modern and rustic house that will make you feel at home in a quiet area of Mallorca! NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
