Welcome to this charming apartment for 6 guests close to the beach in Port Alcudia The apartment features a small furnished terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A 90m2-sized apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the building without an elevator and features 3 bedrooms (an air-conditioned double bedroom with a doube bed and an ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms each with a pull-out bed). A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside an en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a bath tube. A cozy air-conditioned living-dining room is a lovely place where you can watch a satellite TV or have a nap after a hot day. A kitchen with a ceramic hob is equipped with all necessary utensils needed to cook a delicious meal. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The apartment is located in an area with all amenities: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, stadion, pharmacies, banks, beach etc. A bus runs every 15 minutes to Can Picafort, Port Alcudia, Port Pollenca and other directions like Palma. A sandy beach is only 500m away and is suitable for small kids. Other beaches which are worth being visited are Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro o Puerto de Pollença. An old town Alcudia is also famous among tourists for its cobbled streets, its cathedral, the antique fortress and Roman ruins. Every Sunday and Thursday you can visit a local market with fresh vegetables, souvenirs and clothes. NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
