The cozy apartment located right in front of the sea offers you the comfort that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. This apartment, with 90 m2, is just perfect for families or small groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other one counts of a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower cabin and a toilet. The accommodation does not provide air conditioning but we can supply fans on request. The apartment is located in the ground floor of the building. You will only have neighbours in the first floor and in the next house. You will enjoy cool breakfasts in the big covered terrace, 20 m2, which is furnished with table and seats for up to 6 people. In the living room are two sofas, perfect for naps, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or watching satellite TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay: gas stove and electric oven, toaster, food blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and much more. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and iron table. Pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is just perfect. First of all because you will be at the beachfront with astonishing views to the sea and secondly because everything you need is in a short distance, only 5 minutes by car. In Alcúdia town and in Puerto de Alcúdia you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. You will also be staying in a well-known area for good beaches: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Playa de Alcúdia and many more. Enjoy a day laying on the sand, refreshing at the beach or just walking along it. We also recommend you a visit to CalaSantVicens and Pollença, el Calvari and its main square could be worth it for a half-day trip.
