Situation: above Palma, secluded position in the countryside. View from the apartment of the mountains and the countryside. Surroundings of the house: garden (private use), swimming pool (private use, length 4 m x width 8 m, open from 01.06. untill 02 .11.), barbecue (private use). Facilities and distances: grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 3 km. 4-room house for 6 people, 1 m2, comfortable and rustic furnishings.
