Barcelo Varadero Apartments

The Varadero Apartments are a large modern complex on the southwest of the island of Tenerife, next to the Los Gigantes cliffs, with views of La Gomera and Mount Teide, which is the highest peak in Spain. Anyone looking for family holidays in the Canary Islands, will be impressed by the range of facilities on offer for all ages. For the active guest, there are 2 tennis courts and a gym but if you would prefer to just relax, there is a jacuzzi, sauna and sun terrace. If you want a game that the whole family can play, there is also a petanque course. The nearest beach is 1/4 of a mile away, where there are a variety of water sports on offer. It is easy to get around, as there are taxi and bus services just 20 metres from the hotel. The resort is a few minutes¿ walk away where you can find a range of bars, restaurants and shops. There are lots if sights to visit around the island, including Garachico, a historic village, and the Teide National Park, which includes the highest peak on Spanish territory.
