After many weeks of searching...

I recently booked a holiday to Lanzarote for a group of 6 people. My requirements were not straight forward as my daughter is a power wheelchair user and needed the maximum accessibility in accommodation, and airport /transfer assistance, in order to make her holiday enjoyable and hassle free. Our lovely travel agent Laura, with her heavenly patience went above and beyond to ensure every requirement was met from the airport to the hotel facilities and I cannot thank her enough for being so careful and thorough in facilitating a person with a disability. Not only that, we also got great value for money. I have no hesitation in booking my holiday with Stein Travel again in the future and I cannot recommend them enough. For now, we kick back and relax, while looking forward to lovely Lanzarote in July.

to the way Laura Kelly dealt with me regarding my recent holiday booking. She couldn't have been more customer focused, pleasant to deal with and a credit to your company.

I have 2 young kids so time is premium and she was so understanding and patient to me as a customer. An absolute credit to your company. I rang around a few places and nobody came close to the service offered by Laura and Stein Travel.

Just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with the holiday and confirm all went well. We are all quick to complain when things go wrong and sometimes forget the good reviews!

The hotel was fab and had everything we needed and they even kindly moved us to a seaview room the following morning as I asked if there was any chance of one.

Just wanted to let you know that M and I arrived back from our vacation in Tenerife.

We stayed in the Troya hotel. It was excellent and we had no problems.

We got the double bed as requested and the room was good, on the right side of the building (sun, view of pool and beach). The food was very good, there was not a time that I could say we were not satisfied.

The service and staff were excellent.

There was entertainment every evening and there was always something going on.

I would highly recommend it and I would return there again.

The Wifi in the room was iffy, but as were not charged extra, I would not complain, (I mentioned it at the desk, but not as a complaint).

We had a great time.

Sadly we are home. We had a fantastic holiday. We loved everything about it. We did the Burj Khalifa and water fountains. The desert safari, the Atlantis water park and aquarium. We had great fun at the gold souk and handbag hunting. We took at boat trip and visited the malls. And attempted to ski also.

It was a great family holiday. Our accommodation was perfect. It was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The hotel pools restaurants and beach were beautiful. In a city so full of high rise it was lovely to be in a hotel that wasn't. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone of them were so friendly and welcoming. I have to give special mention to one of the concierge staff, Tayyab. He was brilliant at his job and a wealth of information. Nothing was a problem to him.

Flights, transfer etc went perfectly.

The only thing that I would do differently perhaps is to take the morning flight. Not having slept on the flight (thanks to crying babies) it took us ages to catch up on sleep.

I would go back in a heartbeat, but must replenish the bank account first!!!

We are just back from a 7 day trip to Sliema, Malta. It was a fantastic holiday, the location couldn’t be better. The staff were very friendly in the hotel, we were right in the centre of the resort for bars/restaurants/shopping etc. We took day trips to Gozo Island & bus/ferry trips to Medina/Valetta/3 cities. I just wanted to email you after our trip to Andre Rieu in Maastricht in July to say we had a lovely time but more importantly to say that the organisation of the whole event was excellent.The trip was seamless from transfers to and from airports, the pre-concert meal and concert shuttle bus service and the rep was available for any other information or requirements. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the quality of accommodation and food was very good and the complimentary shuttle bus was great.It made it a very enjoyable experience for my mother from both the point of view of a Christmas present and as someone who is nearly 80 to have everything so well organised, in fact she wants to go again!! This makes it a bit difference to us her family to see her enjoyment and to be totally relaxed as everything was so easy for her in terms of arrangements.

I am writing to let you know how much myself and my sister enjoyed our recent Western Discovery trip with Stein Travel. It far exceeded our expectations. Everything was so well organised.

There were so many highlights - the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, San Francisco and, of course, Las Vegas. We enjoyed it so much and our guide, Dean, was just fantastic - so knowledgeable, organised, and so helpful - we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Hi Sarah,

Just a quick e-mail to say we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in Fuengirola - Myramar Hotel. The hotel was good, the staff friendly and the facilities great. We managed a swim in the indoor pool most days. Some days we even had it to ourselves and one other gentleman who just walked up and down the pool. The weather we found very good, though the locals seemed to find it very cold, temperatures of around 12 - 15 C. It was 24C the first day we arrived, which was nearly too hot. We will definitely be thinking about doing it again next year, so do let us know if you have any offers on for Fuengirola.

We were in the Yellow Alvor Garden 4 Star bed and breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit on the small side.

Overall Alvor was a beautiful spot and would certainly consider returning there but to different accommodation.

I would like to thank Michelle for her help in selecting Alvor as I hadn’t been there before and it was a great place to visit and I would certainly consider Stein Travel if/when I travel abroad again.

Our holiday was great, everything went perfect.

The place was lovely and just a nice distance from the busy area of Albuferia. The apartment block was huge but very nice and had everything we needed. We had a ground floor studio apartment, it was very small, but had everything in it and supermarket was just around the corner
