Tuesday, 26 July
Depart Dublin on a Ryanair flight at 09.15. After our arrival into Pisa at 12.50, meet with your guide and transfer by coach to your hotel in Montecatini, Tuscany, the 4* Hotel Ercolini and Savi. We have been staying at this family-run boutique hotel in the centre of Montecatini for many years and the hotel owners are looking forward to welcoming us back once again.
Wednesday, 27 July - Sienna
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day excursion to Siena.
Siena is an Etruscan town and a Roman colony and is today the real and live model of a medieval town. It's layout and streets are the same as those of the 12th century, the era of artistic and economic grandeur of the city. The tour begins from San Domenico Church, a majestic basilica of gothic origins, erected by the Dominicans in the 9th century and continues with the old town characterized by the Piazza del Campo which is the setting for the annual horse race, The Palio.
Free time for lunch. After some time to explore some more of Siena at your ease, transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Thursday, 28 July - Free Day with Andrea Bocelli Performance
Take time out to relax and explore Tuscany at your own pace. In the late afternoon transfer to Lajatico for Andrea Bocelli's performance in the outside arena “Teatro del Silenzio”. The magical atmosphere of the natural theater, which was built for Bocelli and his yearly performance, will make the experience even more unforgettable. The theme of the 2022 operatic performance has not yet been announced. Maestro Bocelli holds this night close to his heart, so it should be spectacular after the hiatus of 2020 and 2021. The performance is more operatic and not his cross-over hits. After the performance transfer back to the hotel.

Free day to relax and explore the area at your own pace.
Saturday, 30 July - Bocelli's Performance
Full day excursion to Florence, including a half-day guided tour.
After breakfast, transfer to Florence with your guide for a tour of this captivating city.
Florence was at it's height, creatively, politically and culturally between the 13th and the 16th century and still today the many works of art that attract tourists are related to that period. It is from here that art, literature, sculpture and architecture reached new levels - Dante, Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello… are only a few names of the numerous masters that worked in Florence.
Our visit to Florence offers a marvellous panoramic of the most important places of the town - the Dome Square and the Cathedral, the Giotto Bell and the Baptistery. The visit continues with the Signoria Square, Palazzo Vecchio and the suggestive Ponte Vecchio, where you can find famous ancient goldsmiths along the street.
In the afternoon, free time for shopping in one of the many boutiques in the centre. Transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Sunday, 31 July - Free Day
Free time for some final sightseeing at your own pace.
Monday, 1 August - Return home
Transfer to Pisa airport for our flight with Ryanair back to Dublin. Depart Pisa at 18.05 and arrive into Dublin at 19.50
