The apartment hotel is located less than 200 m from Levante beach and its promenade, where guests will find several restaurants, bars, nightlife spots, shops and links to the public transport network. Alicante is a 25-minute drive from the beach hotel. The nearest airport is Alicante-El Altet, 82 km from the property. Built in 2009, the hotel offers 90 fully furnished, air-conditioned apartments, featuring a balcony or terrace and modern appliances.
