The Cala D Or Apartments enjoy a great location based on a hill 800 m from the beach in the heart of Puerto Rico, a popular friendly resort on the lovely island of Gran Canaria, only 400m away from the resort centre brimming with good shopping, street-side cafes, lively bars, restaurants and nightlife. The Cala D'or Apartments offer a range of amenities, services and facilities in a warm and friendly laid back atmosphere perfect for guests to relax, kick back and enjoy the seemingly endless hours of sunshine, or chose to use the apartments as a comfy base from which to explore all the island has to offer. Whichever type of holidaymaker you are the Cala D'or Apartments are ideally suited to make your next holiday in a great one. Gran Canaria Airport is 25 minutes from the Cala D Or Apartments.
Local Tips: Sights such as Vegueta's historic old town, Tejeda, Roque Nublo nature park, the municipality of Teror with the sanctuary of the Virgin del Pino (Our Lady of the Pines) and the Cenobio de Valeron cave system are all to be found within 1 hour's drive of the apartments.
FACILITIES:
Dining: The Hotel is booked as Self-Catering accommodation. Guests can enjoy delicious drinks and meals at the bar and snack bar. The bar has a large, flat screen television for guests to enjoy sporting events and movies. A well-stocked supermarket is on the property and open 24 hours. Guests have great fun at night with live shows from the entertainment team. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby.
Activities: Heated pool surrounded by terrace, pool games, dart, shooting and much more. Golf lovers will find mini golf and golf facilities not very far from the hotel. At the beach there is a large variety of water sport such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, sea excursions etc.
Additional: Reception service, Internet, currency exchange, telephone and fax services, car rental, sale and organization of excursion tickets, safe boxes, luggage storage. It must be noted that holidaymakers who rely on a wheelchair for mobility or those who experience difficulty walking may not find these apartments suitable owing to its hillside location and steps.
