The Porto Alegre Apartment is located in Barranco Agua de la Perra, in a particularly quiet and cozy area, very close to the beach (five minutes walk) and 50 meters from a complete shopping center. The hotel have 88 apartments, with terrace or balcony, for a maximum of 3 people, equipped with a separate bedroom, complete kitchen with microwave, electric plates (2), electric coffee maker, refrigerator with 2 doors. The bathroom with shower tray and special glass partition, hairdryer. The living room with table or bar has a convertible sofa bed and 24 or 32 television. The leisure area has a heated swimming pool in winter, with a magnificent solarium, as well as a pool bar. The hotel also have a large reception open normally from 08:00 am to 24:00 pm, also having a night guard for any emergency. The complex also has lift, mini-market, free wifi throughout the complex, central hot water, gardens.
