Welcome to this beautiful villa located in a residential area in Can Picafort. It sleeps 8 people. This wonderful property counts with a private chlorine pool 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 m, fully equipped terrace, and a barbecue. The house of 160 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; three on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, all equipped with twin beds, en suite bathroom and air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living-*dining room is very cozy. It features a large sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a TV-Sat. and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable. There is a gas central heating in the house. Can Picafort is a coastal tourist area belonging to Santa Margalida. You will find many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. During the high season the bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa or other directions. A large supermarket is only1 km. Take a walk along the promenade and enjoy a cup of coffee or delicious homemade ice cream; visit the port where you will find many different types of boats. From the harbor, the boat trips to Formentor Lighthouse Formentor or beach are organized. If you like sports, you can rent bikes, windsurfing or diving. Do not miss the market which takes place every Friday. We also recommend you to visit the old town of Alcudia, only 10km, with its cobbled streets; squares, the old church and the ancient Roman walls surrounding the city. Inside there is a pleasant and magical atmosphere at night, and you can fin there plenty of bars and restaurants. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the highly recommended Roman ruins. NOTE: No pets allowed on the property. No events permitted on the property.
